On behalf of the Umicore company, the Fund For Scientific Research-FNRS will grant, in 2017, the Umicore Materials Technology PhD Award for an original contribution in one of the following fields:
- Recycling / resources scarcity (related to metals)
- Materials for catalysis
- Materials for batteries
This Award amounts to 10.000 € and will be granted to a researcher having obtained his PhD degree between January 1, 2015 and December 31, 2016 from a recognized university (world-wide).
