Dear colleagues from Materials Science and Engineering,
It is our great pleasure to invite you to attend the most important meeting in the area of Materials Science and Engineering in Europe, the upcoming EUROMAT 2013 conference which startsSeptember 8th in the very beautiful city of Seville ( http://www.fems.org/index.php/newsletter-archiv/items/fems-newsletter-032012.html ).
The scope of the Conference covers practically the whole spectra of Materials and Applications with about 50 symposia running in parallel: Latest advances in Structural Materials, Functional Materials and their applications, Materials for Energy and Environment or Biomaterials are some of the main areas under consideration.
Besides, a great effort is being made to bridge Industry and Academy. Complementarily, emphasis is given to essential aspects, in particular for youngest people, like Career Development, Materials Education or Transfer of Technology.
On behalf of the Scientific and of the Managing Committee and also on behalf of the organizing societies, Spanish and Portuguese Materials Societies (SOCIEMAT and SPM) and Federation of European Materials Societies (FEMS) I encourage you to submit your contributions and look forward to meet you in Seville next September.
